Special Projects / Piedad Entubada *
Mural of 8 kilometers long with motifs alluding to water, which was painted on the sarcophagus of what was the Piedad River in Mexico, D.F. It is currently a fast track known as the Viaducto Piedad. This route had only been closed for the passage of the Mexican presidents, for Pope John Paul II, for their maintenance and this time for our project. The performance of development and execution-painted, was realized of Sunday to Thursday in a schedule of 10 pm to 5 of the morning. The performers varied in number, according to the days, sometimes we were only 7, sometimes we were up to 25. The execution took place in four and a half months and remained painted from June 2002 to the end of 2004.
